Chantal Akerman Retrospective in Lyon

From April 22 to May 30, the Institut Lumière in Lyon, France, will revisit 10 of Chantal Akerman’s films from Je tu il elle (1974) to De l’autre côté (2002). The retrospective will also feature some special screenings, such a reading of Akerman’s book, “Une famille à Bruxelles” by none other than Aurore Clément (Les Rendez-vous d’Anna, Demain on déménage, La Captive), as well as a presentation for the opening night by CINEMATEK’s curator, Tomas Leyers.
